I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with rooms that were very clean, comfortable, and even exceeded my expectations. The location was superb, offering easy access to nearby attractions and shopping areas. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing top-notch service throughout my stay. However, the dining experience could use some improvement to offer more variety and attentive service.
The rooms were spacious enough to be termed a suite, with a large bathroom/wet room and walk-in wardrobe, but the view was disappointing as it overlooked a dirty brick building, not the best value for money. The service was a highlight, with staff going above and beyond to assist and make up for any shortcomings. The location was fantastic, right across the street from Hyde Park, offering a perfect starting point for sightseeing. The dining experience was excellent despite some issues with food temperature in the Indian cuisine. Overall, a mixed experience with the hotel having its highs and lows.

I stayed at this hotel which offers modern comforts while still preserving the historical feel of the building and area. However, it can get crowded with tourists during peak periods, and my room had no view but a view on the staircase of the next building.
Arriving at 4.30 pm, we had to wait as the room wasn't ready, but we were pleasantly surprised with a free drink at the bar. The room was stunning and made our special day even better.

The location was good overall, with everything conveniently close by, though some documentation issues were present. The dining experience was quite satisfying with a variety of choices, but some aspects felt overpriced and disappointing. The facilities were of good quality, but there were some missed opportunities that could have enhanced the experience.
